UMBC Children's Sunday School is for ages pre-K through Varsity High School (12th grade).
Adult Sunday School Classes: College and Career; Young Married Couples; Adult; Missions and Outreach Adult; and Seniors. Plans are underway to add a Singles Class for those who have never been married and are between the ages of 25 through 35.

UMBC AWANA program is and intensely fun and challenging time for both neighborhood children and our own regular church children. This outreach ministry is very effective at reaching children ranging in age from 2 years old through 6th Grade. Our Cubbies, Sparks, and T'N'Ts are all engaged in learning God's Word through Scripture memorization, Handbook completion, and game time.

UMBC Junior Church is a supercharged, contemporary service provided for children ages 2years old through 3th grade. The children gather for "their church" in the Multipurpose Building at 10:45 AM. They are immediately involved with songs, video, and Bible lessons geared for their young world. Many of our UG ("Underground")Teens become Crew Leaders and interact with the younger children in challenging and practical small groups. Many parents who attend our morning worship service love the idea that their children are involved in an interactive and fun time of learning from God's Word.

THE UNDERGROUND has a core group of over 50 teens who come from schools all around the Tri-State area. The UG has its own contemporary teen band which provides much of the praise and worship music. Hard hitting and relevant topics of discussion and videos cause the teens make the connections between God's values and the world's. The UG teens are serious about their walk with Jesus and they have a proactive involvement in their communities and schools.

The Barnabas Ministry is one which seeks to console people in their times of need. A beginning goal of the UMBC Barnabas Ministry is to provide a means of expressing sympathy to those who have lost loved ones; to encourage those who are ill or who are in the hospital; to come along side of those who are hurting; and to provide food for new mothers, those recently released from the hospital, and those with deaths in the family.

The Tuesday Evening Men's Bible Study is an intense, verse-by-verse, expositional, analysis of selected books in the Bible. The passages studied always move toward practical biblical applications as they specifically relate to the issues in life that Christian men repeatedly face.
